OC Company’s Skateboards, Shirts Get Role on Glee

Anaheim-based Hendrick Boards’ skateboards and T-shirts were featured in the Tuesday episode of Fox Broadcasting Co. television show Glee.
Hendrick Boards makes and sells skateboards along with T-shirts and hoodies made from environmentally-friendly materials, such as bamboo, hemp and water-based paints. Apparel retail prices range from $25 to $40. The company sells its skateboards for $50 and longboards for $100.
Some of the company’s skateboards, longboards and shirts were used during a musical scene in Glee for the show’s spring premiere episode.
Hendrick Boards was launched in mid-2011 by triplets David, Darren and Donny Hendrickson. The company donates 20% of every sale to local animal shelters or pet rescues.
